For the lower eyelids, the incision is usually placed just underneath the eyelashes. In some cases, the lower eyelids can be done through an incision on the inside of the eyelid. Preparing for Eyelid Surgery

You should also arrange for a friend or family member to drive you to and from surgery and stay with you for the first 24 hours.
